For this task, it was group work and i worked with Lucy, tom and Ylka.

The Magazine 

We have chosen to have a magazine that targets the older and younger generation due to being inclusive of all people. Aldo we felt that the more people we target the more people that are involved and the more revenue that can be made. This is good as more profit the better and more of a chance for our aims and objectives to be met.

I have chosen to do this magazine because it sticks to the appropriate colour scheme to do with the flavour of the drink. I choose to have vibrant and bright colours to stand out to the audience and grab there attention, i have chosen for this reason because if my product is going to be on the shelf it needs to rap the attention of the audiences . I also made sure I put Bold colours to also grab the attention of the viewers and make the viewers buy the magazine off the shelf.





I have chosen to do this billboard because it shows the same colour scheme and fonts and all the photos as the magazine. This is also a benefit to our project as it will be seen by a large audience and t situated in a place with high footfall.


All our final products and mock ups are my final two advertisement product, the billboard, magazine. All pre-production materials we have used have been appropriate for the video advert we have made as the location is in an office which is linked to the target audience of adults in a work place. The costumes that were used for this is just ordinary work clothes so they represent the character/ age of a person in the work place, i also feel that this represents the target audience that we are trying to target. The location that involves the younger generation is in a hall/party venue. This is because it is a flash back of the adults in their teens at a party.

In the post-production process the editing software used had to apply to the codes and conventions needed to attract the two target audiences. The colour palette we chose reflects the flavour of the strawberry drink (Red). The slogan "cheers to the good old days" is conventional and was chosen because it links to our retro theme of the campaign, this slogan also links back to the childhood and when people see this it will make them think about the time they were growing up. I feel that the slogan made by the group and i is very intelligent as it makes people look back to when they were young and when they have this drink it will remember the good time and make them have a good feeling.


Here are my focus groups with the different ages of people that are would experience this and are my target audience.  I asked them both three questions about the video/ product. The first question I asked was who does it target. The second question is Would you buy the drink. The third question is, Does the video appeal to both target audience and why/how does it do this for both target audience?. We did this as the brief asked us to do this and its always a positive of gaining feedback from our audiences so we are able to improve and make the product even better than it is now.
